This course will teach your kids how to maintain a healthy lifestyle by setting the right goals, taking ownership of their schedule, surrounding themselves with the right community, and more!
F.O.R.M. Pillar 4: Multiplied Maintenance equips students with the mindset and practical tools needed to sustain a healthy lifestyle long-term. With a focus on personal responsibility, community, and biblical stewardship, this course helps students build routines that promote growth, consistency, and the ability to help others do the same.
Students will:
- Learn how to set meaningful goals and manage their time to support health and wellness.
- Explore how relationships and accountability influence long-term success.
- Engage with devotional guides that encourage biblical thinking about stewardship, discipline, and service.
- Reinforce habits through animated lessons, teaching guides, and auto-graded assessments.
- Apply movement and nutrition principles alongside the broader focus on sustainable living.
This final pillar of the F.O.R.M. curriculum ties together fitness, nourishment, rest, and purpose to help students steward their health and influence others with intention.
