Hello!

My son is using GfW but we’re having trouble with it. When he completes the quizzes and goes back to look at the next lesson it seems to reset and none of the quizzes he has completed are completed anymore. He clicks submit. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Ashley,

The quizzes are designed to ‘reset’ upon completion so that they can be taken multiple times or by more than one child in a family account. There is currently a bug in the app where the quizzes will not show a completed status, but if you login to a computer, you will see that the quiz step is actually completed. Does that help?
