Thanks for the feedback Shannon. Sorry for the trouble—we’re working on correcting the link. In the meantime, if you can do so manually in the iOS Music app, find our public profile at “Compass Classroom.”

I had tried that, but alas. Today I searched with compassclassroom as one word. Also searched public profile, etc. Very mysterious.

@Shannonwise I’m still digging into the problem with the Apple Music link. I’m sorry it’s not working as expected. I am getting different behaviors on different browser and device combinations.

If you click the following profile link from our app, and it briefly loads an app page but kicks over to the Music app with the error, try to get back to the Compass Classroom app and you should see a bland Apple Music page with our profile that asks you to login. Login with your AppleID and see if that shows you the page, or kicks you over to a working Music app page.

Thank you for continuing to work on it! I clicked on the link, and it gave an error page. Clicked back to cc app, and it did show me the bland page you described, but when I clicked on “sign in”, it took me right back to same error page.

If I’m already logged into Apple Music, it seems to all work correctly. I opened the step in the course on my browser that lists the Apple Music link and it brought up the Compass page with the playlists listed on the left.

If I click the follow link, it opens my music app and takes a second to load the Compass Classroom profile page with the playlists.

Does it behave that way for you?

I have the same problem as Shannon. I can’t find the Compass Classroom playlists on Apple Music, and the provided links send me to a page that says, “An Error has occurred.” I’ve tried it several different ways, all via my iphone. You’re easy to find on Spotify, but alas, I don’t have my music streaming account with them. Have others been able to subscribe to the Apple playlist without problem?

Hi @[email protected] . Did you try my suggested steps from Jan 28 above? Do you have a laptop/desktop you could try it on?

I am able to get to the lists if I am already logged into Apple Music.

I will post the public playlist links in the first message of this thread so maybe you can backtrack from our list to our profile…

The individual playlist link you added worked! I only clicked on the first one, but from there I was able to click on Compass Classroom and follow from my account. Thanks, Ben.
