like IIII and IIIIV…..Almost every other latin thing says you can not write it like that.🤷‍♂️🤔🤔thanks.

Hi, Seraph!

You are right. Almost no one knows this… but, yes. From time to time the Romans would use IIII and VIIII. It is legit. Kind of like in English. We can write color, or colour. Center, or centre. Both work. Just slight variants in the English language. Neither is incorrect. One version shows up in America, and one version in England.

For the Romans, III was an option, and although not as common, so was IIII.

So On Lesson 25 Of Visual Latin The Quiz is Different From All Of The Quizzes Before So What It Is Is That The Quzzes Before Lesson 25 You Dont Have To Get EVERYTHING Correct To Mark It Complete But On Leseson 25 You Have To Get EVERYTHING Correct To Mark It Complete And If I Get 45 Or More Correct I Mark It As Complete So Why On Quiz 25 Do I Have To Get Everthing Complete?
