    Hi! I’m doing the 58 worksheet C right now, and in the sentence “Jesus ibat in civitatem quae vocatur naim” the name ‘Naim’ isn’t given a definition in the vocabulary box and I can’t figure out what town that means on my own. Could you tell me what that means? Thanks!

    Nevermind I read the rest of the paragraph and figured out its the widow’s son at Nain 😂 momentarily forgot that story

      You got it! Remember that sometimes the Latin Vulgate, younger than the original Greek of the New Testament, will simply take a name, capitalize it, and leave it without any (or at most very little) spelling change.

      But it’s always worth a questions since we could have missed an edit!
