Hello! The answer key for worksheet 5B has “togae” and “toga” listed as being vovative plural and singular, respectively. However, isn’t vocative only if you are essentially saying, “Hey, you!”?

You are correct about the translation of the vocative. The point of the exercise is to identify all the case possibilities that a given ending can provide a Latin noun.
