    I am so confused. We purchased AM. History but when I click on “My Courses” tab, it states I do not have any courses?? Am I missing something? We received the DVDs already and have received multiple emails with confirmation. HELP

    I’m new as well. The same thing happened to me and I emailed in explaining I couldn’t see my courses. They did fix it the next day. They had to manually change something on their end in the portal. I’m curious though- what dvds did you say you purchased? I thought all the courses were online videos?

    Hi Sarah: Looks like you purchased just the DVD set, and not DVD+digital. That is why you have no streaming access. If you want to upgrade your order, we can help you via [email protected]. An easy thing to get sorted out!
